Nano Carbon Structure From Lignosellulose

In the future, nano technology especially nano carbon from lignoseluluse material will be developed. The objective of this research was to eveluate charcoal technology processing as raw material nano carbon from lignoselulose material for indtrustial component. The raw material was bamboo and teak wood which is carbonize at temperature 400-5000C in drum kiln. After grinded with High energy mechanic and mixed  with Ni, Cu and Zn untill nano particlet, continues to re-carbonization in stainless steel retort at temperature 8000C for 60 minutes. The best sctucture continues to sintering process at temperature 13000C with spark plasma sintering. The quality of the carbon was evaluated  by using Py-GCMS, SEM-EDX, XRD and dielectrc properties.

The best quality of carbon structure to produce nano carbon was jati charcoal carbonized at 8000C with Ni (1:5) as dopping agent. The crystalinity degree reach 78,98%, resistance (R) 0,17Ω, conductivity 175,52 Ω-1m-1. The quality nano carbon after sintering,  crystalinity degree reach 81,87%, resistance (R) 0,01Ω, and conductivity 1067,26 Ω-1m-1. The nano carbon can be produce as biosensor, bioenergy and bioelectrode.***
